Booking process

We hope to make the booking process as easy for you as we can

Once you have picked your caravan, you can book and pay online.  We will only ask  you to pay the deposit, unless you are within 60 days of the holiday in which case you will need to pay the entire cost of the break plus the refundable bond.

To book online, all breaks must start and finish on a Monday or Friday..  Please ensure that your break starts and finishes on one of these dates when using the search facility, otherwise it will show as no availability.

We do allow check in and out on any day however, so please contact us for our nightly rates and details on how to book this way!

Following payment you will receive an automated receipt.  We will also send you further information which details all of the specifics about your holiday such as:

  • Pitch number
  • Inventory sheet
  • Information on obtaining your keys

After your break, we will then contact you within 5 days and discuss the refund of your damage bond.
