Booking process

We hope to make the booking process as easy for you as we can

Once you have picked your caravan, you can book and pay online.  We will only ask  you to pay the deposit, unless you are within 60 days of the holiday in which case you will need to pay the entire cost of the break plus the refundable damage bond.

All breaks must start and finish on a Monday or Friday, except during school summer holidays in which case it is Friday, Saturday and Monday.  Please ensure that your break starts and finishes on one of these dates when using the search facility, otherwise it will show as no availability.

Don't forget to add your discount code for longer breaks!

Following payment you will receive an automated receipt.  Within 48 hours, we will send you further information which details all of the specifics about your holiday such as:

  • Pitch number
  • Inventory sheet
  • Information on obtaining your keys

After your break, we will then contact you within 5 days and discuss the refund of your damage bond.
